Return & Exchange Policy

 ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE 

Viva La Jewels wants you to love your new items and will receive returns and exchanges in qualifying items as long as we receive them within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns must include the original invoice,  and the customer will receive an online store credit. Exchanges are free. But, there is a $5 restocking fee for all refunded items. By purchasing  from this site you are agreeing to Viva la Jewels following terms and policies: Return & Exchange Policy & Shipping & Handling Policy. Buyers Note: Merchandise purchased on sale, flash sales or with a discount code of 15% or higher are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 Qualifying Items:

 -Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging condition. 

-Merchandise must be received unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with no deodorant odor/stains, pet hair and all tags must be attached. 

-Customized orders and pre-order purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.   

- Merchandise purchased on sale, flash sales or with a discount code of 10% or higher are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

- Leg Warmers, leggings, socks, boot socks, boot cuffs, scarves, head bands, beanies and jewelry are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchanged. 

- 72 Hour Deals may be returned or exchange. But, due to the fact, that these items were heavily discounted we will not be able to cover additional shipping expenses. So, any additional expenses that we may incurred to re-ship your items will be your responsability. 

-Items arriving to our facilities after 14 calendar days of delivery date and without its original receipt and/or a RMA # will not be refunded and will be shipped back to sender. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING PROCESSING  

 Returning and exchanging your items is very easy! Please follow the following instructions:

1. Make sure your items qualify before contacting us.

2. Email infovivalajewels@gmail.com with your ORDER NUMBER  to obtain a RMA number (Returns Material Authorization).

3. The costumer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.

5. Once your items have been received and inspected in our facility--we will issue a refund less shipping charges and $5 restocking fee. 

6.Expect the return process to take 5-7 business days after it has been delivered to our facility. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. VivaLaJewels is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGE ITEMS  

Please inspect your order immediately after receipt. If damage has been found, e-mail infovivalajewels@gmail.com including “DAMAGE CLAIM” in the subject line and attach an image of the item to verify the item is in fact damaged. You must contact Viva la Jewels within 48 hours of receipt to report damage otherwise your claim will be denied (NO EXEPTIONS). Damage items must be repacked in the original packaging it came in, tags must be attached and they may only be valid for an in-store credit only. After the 48 hour period, there is nothing that we can offer you. So, please contact us right away.
